What we believe

Infrastructure work should be explainable. If we harden a server, migrate a workload, or rebuild a pipeline, you should be able to ask "why" and get a real answer — not a reference to a best-practices checklist we didn't write for you.

We also believe cost should track value. A lot of infrastructure spend is habit, not necessity — the platform a project started on five years ago, never revisited. Part of our job is asking whether that's still the right answer.

What we work on

Day to day, that means cloud infrastructure and migrations, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, security hardening, and the unglamorous but essential work of keeping systems patched, monitored, and backed up.

We work with teams who have outgrown "whoever's free fixes it" but aren't ready for a full in-house platform team — or who have one, and need an extra set of hands for a defined project.

// principles

Three things that don't change per client.

Say what you mean

No padded scopes, no vague line items. If something's simple, we say it's simple.

You own everything

Every credential, repository, and config stays in your accounts, under your control.

Fix the cause

We'd rather spend an hour on the root issue than ten minutes on a workaround you'll see again.
